This product WORKS.. In the 1st 5 days I lost 9 lbs!!!
BUT---- IT DOES HAVE SIDE EFFECTS!
1. mood swings (but mine generally were for the BETTER)
2. LOTS OF ENERGY (i have a 3mo old baby and get NO sleep and still have to go to work 40hours a week.. this kept me awake and able to function)
3. It's a temperature riser.. so you will get hot and flustered so DRINK LOTSS OF WATER
4. (bad effect) if you have a nervouse habbit it will make it worse
5. you HAVE to eat because if you don't you will 4get and/or grind the crap out of your teeth
6. (bad effect) hard to focus on ONE task (good effect) MULTI TASKing was GREAT! :)
I LOVE this product and am going to buy it again.. BUT do NOT take consecutively for more than 3 weeks!!!! you will get kinda "LOOPY"
