This item worked great for me. A thing to keep in mind though .. if you start working out you will gain weight (muscle) before you start losing. They say you should always measure in inches and not look at the scale. :)

I took this product as recommended. I exercised for 1.5 hours a day for 12 of the 14 days and I ate healthy. All this did was make me gain 3 pounds and give me gas.
I love Jillian Michaels workouts but this product is bogus and useless.
If you want a cleanse do the master cleanse. IF you want to burn just crank up the workout and and eat less and more frequently.

I am a big fan of Jillian Michaels when it comes to her work out DVDs. HOWEVER, these pills did absolutely NOTHING for me.
I am already a healthy eater so there probably was nothing to "clean out" of my system. But I do have some stubborn fat on my hip area that is quite a challege to get off. So I figured if I bought her cleanse and burn that would help me burn off the fat in that stubborn area. Well honestly it did nothing. I worked out VERY HARD during the 2 weeks I was on the system and I followed a strict diet regimen and I only lost 2 pounds during those 2 weeks.
I don't think the pills did anything at all. Any weight that I lost had to do w/ the working out and eating right. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this stuff. Pills don't work...hard work does!!

I bought this for my wife. She seemed to be more 'regular', but she didn't lose any weight even though she was doing cardio and weight training 3 times a week along with this product.
One of our friends recommended this product after she and her husband used it with great success.
Not sure what the difference is, but as I said, my wife hasn't seen any gains (or losses) after two weeks.

Does the exact OPPOSITE of what is SUPPOSED to do!!! What a waste. I eat healthy so maybe that was the issue. I guess it might cleanse you if you are full of crap.
