I have been taking different Asian diet pills for a couple years, here and there. A friend recommended these and I have to say they work very subtlety.. I am not jittery but it takes my appetite away well, and gives me energy, and I seem to be happier when taking them, or in a good mood... Again who knows really what is in them, and make sure your BP and bloodwork is done twice a year by a doctor if taking these pills as you really don't know what is in them, but I have to say for days where I am hungry or needing a lift, these work great!

Gave it one star because it left me no choice. Did not see any changes in appetite or weight loss at all. Definitely wasted my money. Good thing it was inexpensive. There have been other products that have actually worked, so it wasn't me. Going back to Alli, which costs more, but it's definitely worth it.

This product really reduces appetite. I lost almost 6 lbs. in a month. The side effects were excessive thirst all the time and heart palpitations. If you don't drink tons of water you may get dehydrated, as it happened to me. I was taking 2-3 bottles of water daily and apparently it wasn't enough. I suffered a terrible vertigo and dehydration episode that took me directly to the ER. So, if you want to try it be sure to take plenty of water, gatorade and don't have any heart condition.
