I bought this product for its energy boosting effects solely. Upon taking the recommended dose the first day, I personally found the effects to be way to strong and causing intense anxiety. So, I decided to lower the dosage, and that solved the previous issues I had. It definitely gives a long lasting energy boost, I find that I don't even need the second dose. It has decent thermogenic properties as well, which could cause some people to sweat quite a bit. That did not bother me, however. It has a good appetite suppressant effect as well. It has the potential to cause insomnia if you don't do some sort of activity to disperse the supplement through your system properly, or if you take it to late in the day. Overall, I like the product and it works as advertised. My only recommendation would be not to start off with the suggested dosage, but start with two capsules a day, one upon waking and another at noon, and work from there to avoid potential side effects. I would not exceed the recommended dosage at any time.

I'm not one to use supplements, but hit a plateau and only need to lose a couple more pounds. I saw an ad in the Oxygen magazine for this supplement, then came here to read reviews. Since I read some positive feedback, I thought I would give it a shot. It's been 3 days since I started. The first day I took 3 pills as soon as I woke up. They almost immediately took effect. I did get a little jittery, but had an enormous amount of energy. I did notice that the pills did cause me to sweat for no reason. The next day I decided to take just 2 and that seemed to work better. I still have the energy and it does suppress your appetite a bit. 2 is all that I do for the whole day. Caffeine tends to make me a little nauseated, but these don't do that. Like the bottle says, don't take these longer than 8 weeks. I don't know that I will need to take them for that long, but I am pleased so far.

I must say these work for me. I took only 3 the first day and noticed immediate subtle energy lift and focus. The next day I took the maximum 3 in am/3 in pm.
Same non jittery effect but did affect my sleep.Next day I avoided my usual morning coffee and maximum dose didn't seem to alter my sleeptime. Meanwhile I ate nearly normally, I think these depress the appetite slightly. I'm moderately active and exercize twice a week 20 min./day. I wasn't going out of my way to lose weight. I lost 6 lbs in 8 days. I measured my waist to be sure and I lost an inch.I think my only anxiety is when those stubborn 5 lbs will sneak back. I do think I need to take a break from these as I've noticed some jitters on day 10. These dissipate if I actually move instead of sit still. I know these could be extremely effective for someone with a consistent exercize program.Wow! Good luck!

I took two of these (instead of recommended three) 1/2 hour before breakfast as directed by the instructions - within 40 minutes I felt nauseated, another 20 minutes and I was shaking so much I could't hold a pen. Shaking and nausea continued for the next six hours - obviously I didn't a second dose. Tried to eat some cereal for lunch to alleviate symptoms and the headache comming on, but didn't help.

I had very high expectations for this product. I started taking it, eating well, it does gives you more energy to workout, so I worked out a lot more, but for the fat loss, so far nothing. I have been taking it for 2 weeks, I have been eating well and have been exercising a lot more than before, at least 2 hours more a week and have not lost one single pound, I only needed to lose that last 5 or if I can 10 pounds, that is why I bought it, so it could give me a push for my last journey, but it is the same as not taking it at all. I think is a placebo, it is all in your mind. So if you don't like to waste money, don't buy it. just stick with your exercise and good eating habits and you will have the same results.
