My mom introduced me to these pills back in 2004. It made me go to the bathroom about 1/2 hour after I took my first pills. For a good 2-3 weeks, I lost about 28 pounds. I weaned myself off for the next couple of years, only taking the 2day diet pills as a means to control my constipation.
Over the next few years, I noticed that the pills that I ordered did not help me "go" any longer. That's when I heard about the fake pills. I stopped altogether trying to find a supply of the real stuff. Then I decided to give it another try. (
These pills, that I ordered, seem to help me "go"...but, it did nothing for my weight loss. It has been about 2 months, since I started taking these again. And, I'd have to say that I'm 20 lbs heavier than last Christmas. I realized that after taking the pills, I had no bowel movement until the next day. And after having a BM, I still felt like there's still "waste" inside that needs to come out. *The pills I took in 2004 sped up my metabolic rate, making me "go" instantly. And, I felt that it fully detoxed my system...after the BM, I felt "empty". Unlike the ones I'm taking now.*
My diet has not changed. I don't overeat, and I know I have very very slow metabolism. Yet, the recent fat will not go away. The only difference between then and now is that, I've recently moved back home due to family issues. So, maybe the added stress have released some "weight friendly" hormones preventing me from losing weight. (Gained 20 lbs since moving back home)
So, my rating of 3 out of 5? It helps with my constipation. And, even though I could not lose any weight, I haven't gained any either since I was on it.

i am taking only one capsule a day i feel very normal not feel hungry i lose 5 pounds in 4 weeks amazing super product i like it begining one week i did'nt see any difference 3 week i notice a lot of difference

Ive bought the 2 day diet before and lost 11 lbs in 2 weeks but the seller no longer sells the product so i was in search for the product.. This stuff here made me run to the bath room!! Felt yucky "The runs" ( sorry but had to say it) .. The other stuff I had defiantely didnt make me do that and i lost a lot of weight. I had to discontinue this product after 4 days! I dont liek to step on anyones toes who is trying to hustle and make money but I woudlnt spend my money on this product! .. Good luck with your weight lose goals

I have taken Ling Zhi pills for a few months and lost quite a bit of weight, however upon repurchasing pill I forgot my original seller. I thought that these were the right seller, but after taking these new pills for 2 weeks all I could show for was some bad stomach pains. I urge you to please check out the real seller (which my boyfriend discovered) "Japan 2 Day Ling Zhi Diet" and if you're skeptical, check out this sellers feedback count compared to the seller I've mentioned.
