Features: The tea leaves used are picked up only in March, a period regarded as the best for this tea. It is made using the traditional processing method invented in Qing Dynasty. Shinny pale liquor with excellent clarity that tells the tea is indeed a high mountain plantation. Thick and "oily" liquor offers a 100% pure taste which is fresh and complex and yet delicate. Dry Leaves Appearance One bud and 1 to 2 tender leaves that hold a form of sparrow tongue. Even and strong apprearance shows pale green-yellow color. Fine hairs are obviously seen on the buds. Fragrance: Calm and delicate aroma from the dry leaves combined with a tiny smoky touch. Taste: The subtle and long fragrance is very pleasant in the cup. It gives an even more attractive fragrance when the liquor actually cools down. Freshness consistently shows along with the brewing combined with a pure and refreshing mouth feeling.
