I have been taking the product now for 10 days and haven't lost a single pound. I can say there is a decrease in my meal intake. I do go to the bathroom everyday too. This was my first time trying out a diet pill and I am not satisfied. I will not continue to take the product.
The funny thing. When I recieved my package their was a note inside that they gave me the new and improved Super Slim Pomegranate 2009. It wasn't what I ordered, but new and improved excited me. I recieved the silver foil pills that are green and white. Did I get the right ones?

I started using this product on january 5 2010 and i already lost 21 pounds i just can't believe how much energy i have. The best thing is that you will be eating half of the food you were eating before and working out happy because you are seeing the results week by week and of course your friends will be jealous!!!!!

I took this product for nine days and I had to visit the Emergency Room on the 10th day! I had NO side effects during the time that I took it until the night of the 9th day. I took this product even though I am a NURSE and I am knowledgeable enough to know it was not a good idea, but I wanted to lose 25 lbs and fell into temptation that almost cost me my life. I had (and still have even though about 5 weeks have passed) a hot, flushed feeling on my face with cold hands and body. In addition, I felt a terrible numbing feeling on my head that migrated and radiated to the back of my head and neck (I thought I was having a stroke), I felt my speech was significantly slower and my blood pressure increased slightly (I have never had problems with my BP and I am otherwise very healthy) and my pulse was borderline tachycardic (100 bpm). I am under the care of a doctor that has determined my labs are well within the normal range and after being prescribed an antihypertensive to take for several weeks my BP is fine. I still have the hot/warm weird feeling on my face and my doctor doesn't know what it's from.
I urge you not to take this or any online product because you don't know what is in it. Losing a few pounds isn't worth losing your life over! Some of the major life-threatening side effects are serotonin-syndrome, severe hypertension (really high blood pressure) because that can lead to heart failure and CVA, or stroke), it can trigger thyroid problems or other metabolic/hormonal problems to name a few. Not worth it!
