I AM A 49 YR OLD WOMEN, I HAVE TRIED ALOT AND I MEAN ALOT OF DIET AIDS AND NONE OF THEM REALLY WORKED AND THE ONES THAT DID WERE NOT GOOD FOR ME! A FRIEND OF MINE WHO WAS SELLING THIS PRODUCT ASKED ME TO TRY THEM AND SEE WHAT I THINK. FIRST I LOVED THE IDEA OF ONE A DAY INSTEAD OF 3- 6 A DAY EFORE EVERY MEAL ETC..JUST ONE IN THE MORNING. I ALSO LIKED ALL THE INGREDIENTS. I HAVE TO SAY I CHEATED AND DIDNT TAKE IT EVERYDAY, I FORGOT ALOT, BUT I TOOK IT MAYBE 4 TIMES A WEEK INSTEAD OF 7 AND I STILL LOST WEIGHT ( ABOUT 7 LBS THE FIRST WEEK ) OVER A FEW MONTH I NOT ONLY LOST A TOTAL OF 16LBS, BUT I FELT GREAT AND I MEAN GREAT. I HAVE A HEART CONDINTION MVP SO I DONT LIKE ANYTHING THAT CAN MAKE MY HEART RACE AND I DONT EVEN DO ANY KIND OF CAFFEINE SO THESE WERE PERFECT, NO SIDE EFFECTS AT ALL. AT FIRST I DIDNT SLEEP SO GREAT BUT AFTER A DAY OR TWO I NOT ONLY SLEPT GOOD I AWOKE WITH ENERGY AND COULDNT WAIT TO START MY DAY, WHICH LEADS ME INTO THE NEXT GOOD THING ABOUT THESE PILLS, THEY MADE ME WANT TO WORK OUT A BIT, THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WANTED TO WATCH WHAT I WAS EATING AND START CHANGING MY LIFE STYLE. TODAY ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER...I KEPT THE WEIGHT OFF AND USE THE SLIMX ONLY WHEN I NEED A BOOST OF AFTER A BIG EATING EVENT ( HEY IM ITALIAN), IN OTHER WORDS I USE THEM NOW JUST FOR MAINTENANCE. LOVE THEM, GOOD LUCK TO ALL !!

the first bottle which I bought had an effect,but the next one did not have any. the weight was the same,and appetite was greater.

I am very satisfied with this product if tho I didn't lost 20 pounds in 4 weeks. I lost 12 pounds, also I exercise 3 times a week for 2 hours each time and follow a high protein diet. The good about this product is that I always have lots of energy and never feel hungry.
