I love this scale!! Step on it 3 times and it'll give the exact same weight (to the closest 0.2 lb) every time. I have another scale and get the same weight on both scales ... so I feel confident that this scale is accurate! The display is bright, the design is clean .. totally love it!

I ordered this after some hesitation after reading the reviews but it seems like everything that was a complaint was corrected. It turns on when you step on it, no need for tapping. It's light weight, attractive, and does its job. We love this scale.

I purchased this scale because I wanted an accurate digital bathroom scale. I check Amazon to review the scales they had and came upon the EatSmart Precision Digital. After reviewing the customers reviews I decide to give this scale a try. I found to to be as good or better than the previous reviewers comments. Accurate, Accurate, Accurate....FINALLY September 3, 2010

I have looked everywhere for an accurate scale. I checked with consumer reports and discovered scales aren't even rated b/c there are "too many variables" (uneven surfaces, balance,ect) that can cause different readings. Then I researched the Eat Right scale. I read the reviews and finally ordered it. Its true, it is accurate!!! Like it or not, it is consistant and factual. The number that comes up on the scale is the correct number, over and over again. I used it in different rooms, same number. I used it with one foot in the air, same number. Was that so hard all you other companies who produce inaccurate scales? If you can't make it correctly, DON"T make it. THANK YOU to Eat Smart company for doing what everyone else was not able to do... which is produce an accurate scale.

So, first let me say that I don't dislike this scale enough to return it. I've waited a few months to write this review because I wanted to be sure I'd had enough time with the scale to validate my one concern. Overall I like it. I like that I can just step on it--no tapping. I like how big the numbers are--very easy to read. My one concern is that it seems to be fairly accurate but only after I mess with it a little. It seems to remember the last weight it measured. I only get on the scale once or twice a week and am finding that I have to hold something that weighs a few pounds to get it to "reset". Then, I step off and wait for it to turn off. Then I step on it again and it registers my new weight. My weight doesn't fluctuate much each week. I'm doing Weight Watchers and at most, I lose two pounds in a week now. I was hoping for a scale that I didn't have to fiddle with to get an accurate reading but this isn't frustrating enough for me to spend even more money on another scale that I might not be any happier with.
