After your body adjusts to it about two weeks. You will feel full eating less without staying awake at night. The weight will come off slowly.

Took the product for a few weeks. I lost a couple pounds but I also started working out more so not sure if it contributed. I didn't seem to have any bad side effects except I felt like i was ALWAYS hungry. Since going off the supplement my appetite has gone back to normal. I think it did give me some energy but beware...do not consume other caffeinated items. I learned the hard way and it took a long time to get the caffeine out of my system. I thought by skipping my supplement so I could drink my choice of caffeinated beverage would be ok. I was wrong. But that was my mistake, product clearly says not to consume caffeine from other sources. I finally quite taking it because i missed my cup of joe in the morning, as well as my mom's ice tea and really didn't feel this gave me that much of a weight loss boost.

I'm not as impressed by this product as I once was before they changed the formula. In the past the product gave me a great deal of energy without the jitters. I'm battling lyme disease now and was hoping I could get a boost of energy I badly need to get things done. It's just not happening, but it may just be lyme over-riding the Lean System. Also the pounds are not shedding off like they did a couple of years ago when I first tried this product.
