You're not going to lose weight by just drinking tea. You know it and I know it. So be realistic. I bought this tea for the detoxing no more no less. I was not under the impression that it was to help you lose weight. Losing weight and detoxification don't necessarily go hand in hand. I have a medical ailment that causes my lymphs to swell and some bad effects including acne under my arms. It's a real pain. At first I didn't think the tea was detoxifying, but then I realized my lymphs weren't swelling and nothing else was happening. I also realized I was sleeping a bit better. Did it make me go to the bathroom? No, not really, but I rarely need help in that area. If you're a person that doesn't regularly use any type of colon cleanser, it probably will make you go because it contains senna. Thus, you will possibly lose weight. As for the claims of blocking fat and removing access fat, not gonna happen at least not with 1 box. As I said I'm 100% convinced that it did cleanse my lymphs so I'm completely satisfied because that's why I purchased and am re-purchasing this product.

When I purchased this tea, I was excited to try it. My hopes were that it would do everything it said. This tea did NOTHING. It was like drinking regular tea with a nice smell and taste. Don't waste your money on this one. It doesn't matter it you drink it 3 times a day or 5 times. No bowel movement will happen. So how does it detox your body??? WASTE OF MONEY!!

I was actually very pleased with this tea, makes me feel great, and don't have me runnig to the bathroom like some other teas....I was also pleased by how fast I received my shipment.....
