This is my favorite cookbook. I bought it to help make healthy food for my overweight child. In the process, I have learned a lot about cooking healthy, delicious meals!
I am a "foodie", and was worried about "weight watchers" recipes - but my worries were baseless. These recipes are great! There is Mexican, Italian, Greek, Japanese, Chinese foods - yum! My kids LOVE everything I have made!
I can't recommend it enough. It is transforming!

I really, really enjoy cooking from this cookbook. Everything so far has been flavorful, filling and easy to make. I have really enjoyed making the Thai recipes (Thai Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables, Coconut Curry Pork Satay). The Chinese recipes have been very tasty as well!

I am new to Weight Watchers and this is the first cookbook I bought. Aside for a couple of recipes I found on the website, I have cooked exclusively from this cookbook for the last 3 weeks and I have lost 10 lbs! The Asian recipes have been especially delicious. I find it funny that some other reviewers have complained that they had to go out and buy new ingredients--hello...you are cooking food from other nations--what do you expect? Once you make a recipe or 2 you start to have most of the ingredients you need on hand. I also found it helpful to have meals from the cuisine in the same week so I already have some of the fresh ingredients on hand (i.e. cilantro for the mexican dishes). I highly recommend this cookbook--delicious food and uncomplicated recipes!

Since I love to cook, the worst part of dieting has always been a bunch of boring broiled meals--broiled fish, broiled chicken, etc. Not anymore! This cookbook has allowed me to get back to the kitchen with recipes that deliver the same satisfaction as their full fat and calorie counterparts. I've made at least eight recipes so far, and they have all been stellar. Can't wait to try the other 20 I've bookmarked. My only complaint is that I am a firm believer in using real food. Non-fat sour cream, in my book, is not a real food. Same for non-fat mayo. So a few of the recipes are off limits, while I can sometimes make substitutions (smaller quantities of full fat products) for others.

This is quite possibly the best cookbook, diet or otherwise, I've ever owned. I cook out of it so much it fell apart and I put the pages in sheet protectors and a binder! The recipes really do taste like their take-out counterparts. The really cool thing is that I've made some of them for potluck dishes at work (like Greek Meatballs and Hearty Black Bean and Sausage soup) and no one knows they're WW! This most definitely is full flavor, "I can't believe this is healthy" food. I even invested in a wok and the Chinese recipes are fantastic out of it! I highly recommend this cookbook - you won't be sorry!!
