This book has everything you need to know about HCG and how to be successful! It has become my "bible" so to speak, for everything I need to continue losing weight. It has all the information you could ever need to make HCG work for you. I would highly recommend this for anyone seriously considering starting an HCG regimen.

I have been through the first 21-40 day program on HCG and I lost 25 pounds in 38 days. I have maintained during the 3rd phase. I can't wait to start the second 21-40 day session! It has been the easiest way to lose weight ever and I have tried many other programs. The HCG Weight Loss Cure Guide is wonderful, if you are serious about the program. It guides you through all the foods you can eat during each phase. It's an awesome tool to use while doing the HCG program.
It was also at a GREAT price!!

If you are considering the hcg as means to losing stubborn weight this book is essential. I know many people that have tried the diet successfully both under the direction of a doctor and under the direction of this book. There are an amazing amount of rules surrounding the success or failure for the hcg diet. When I ordered the drops from an internet company the accompanying "guide" was pitiful. This book is not only extensive in its directions for the diet but is also filled with forms that you can utilize for tracking what you eat, your progress, and many other things. I have ordered more than 6 copies for people interested in the diet.
Once again, if you are going to try the hcg diet EDUCATE YOURSELF before you begin. Weather it is this book or another book it is key to your success.
