I ususally can't take most diet pills because they give me the jitters. I once took a Metabolife/green tea pill at ten in the morning and was still feeling rushed at four the following morning. 7 Day slim does not make me feel any different and the appetite suppressant really works. If you are a night snacker, take your pill later in the morning or at lunch time.

My cousin used it and it worked great on her!!! So I tried it but it's working slowly on me. It definitely suppresses your appetite and gives you energy. I guess it just depends on your body type and speed of metabolism.

This is the strongest, most effective appetite suppressant I have ever used. Lasts about 13 hours each time I take the pill. Expect to lose 5lbs a week effortlessly. Amazing.
